DISCOVERED: RARE TATRA CARS UNEARTHED

It's still possible, even today, to stumble upon a barn find of a rare Tatra car. This page shows some of these stories.

TATRA T77A This Tatra T77A was discovered by Pavel Marsch of the Czech restoration workshop Marsch Engineering. These pictures are taken from his website. It is unknown to me if he intends to restore this car, which is in a terrible condition.

TATRA T77A In 2000 a Russian gentleman contacted me with the message he had inhereted an old Tatra from his late uncle, which he wanted to sell. The car turned out to be an extremely rare Tatra T77A, manufactured in 1938 with chassis number 35719, engine number 201742 and body colour ivory. The T77A was bought by a North-American collecter who is having the car restored in the Czech Republic. More pictures of the T77A restoration work are available on the website of the Tatra Freunde International >>>>>>
